Dallas Mavericks General Manager Nico Harrison has come under fire for trading away Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers and things are going from bad to worse for him. A clip recently surfaced on social media of Harrison's interview with RTV Slovenija two weeks ago and he wasn't being too honest when talking about Doncic.

Luka Doncic was traded to the LA Lakers on Saturday and on Monday, the Mavericks released a special tribute video to their ex-star.

The Lakers landed Doncic, Maxi Kleber and Markieff Morris in the blockbuster, per Shams Charania of ESPN. LA sent the Mavericks star big man Anthony Davis, along with young guard Max Christie and a first-round pick in 2029. The Jazz were a third team involved in the deal, getting Jalen Hood-Schifino and a pair of second-round picks.

Nico Harrison praised Luka Doncic and said he would lead Dallas to a championship before trading the star to Los Angeles two weeks later.
