The Cotton Bowl Classic remains scheduled as planned. Game officials said this week that while they remain in close contact with local authorities and have a contingency plan in place, plans are in place to assure a safe environment for those in and around AT&T Stadium.

That wouldn’t be a big deal, but Ohio State and Texas are slated to face each other on Friday night at the Cotton Bowl, which will be played at the very much domed AT&T Stadium.
