An Ohio State Buckeyes coach has shed some light on Ryan Day's demeanor after the team's devastating loss to the Michigan Wolverines.

So, Ohio State has found that, especially with an offensive line that has been re-shuffled due to injury, having lost two starters including veteran center Seth McLaughlin, more time together in the heat of the moment has allowed the Buckeyes to get more out of the plays they run.

Many amazing players have represented the Ohio State Buckeyes in the school's long history, but former wide receiver Cris Carter is among the best. Ryan Day has been at odds with the rabid Ohio State fanbase for much of his tenure leaving the Buckeyes. However, him stepping down would be so beyond stupid for him. He should only leave if an NFL team gives him a head-coaching opportunity.

Ryan Day was named the head coach of Ohio State ahead of the 2019 season. He had been a college coach since 2002 and with the Buckeyes in some capacity since 2017. Day had big shoes to fill, taking over for Urban Meyer.
